Scholarship Update
One $3,500 scholarship will be awarded to the student who best responds to the following question: “Going to college is a big, important step in one’s life. What are you looking forward to the most about going college, and why?” This award is open to all international and U.S. high school students in grades 9-12. Additionally, students must login and participate in the free CollegeWeekLive.com virtual college fair being held online Nov. 12 &13, 2008. The deadline for submissions is Nov. 9, 2008.

Jobs that are on commission - what to look for. Basic: 100% commission jobs are terrible unless you are a sales god. Otherwise, look for a decent base salary, benefits, and a reasonable commission structure. It’s important that you avoid commission jobs where you have territories or caps on how much you can earn.
