Cooking our food in deed makes it more digestible but damages most of the vitamins it contains. Minerals and vitamins have an important role in our body, they help the immune system fight disease and preserve our body's health and our brain's power to work. It's preferable that we eat our vegetables as little cooked as possible but if we can't, mineral and vitamin supplements are a good option.
